Grand Final Week

Grand Final week is upon us with the conclusion of all junior Broncos competitions and the GIO QLD Final happening next Tuesday and Wednesday respectively. Keebra Park will be well represented again with three teams featuring across the two days of competition.

Arana Hills will host the junior Broncos competition finals with the Nathan Small coached Under 13’s doing battle with Coombabah at 1:40pm. This will be immediately followed by the Under 14’s competition which sees a rematch of last years Grand Final against Palm Beach Currumbin scheduled for 2:50pm.

The Keebra Park Open A’s have successfully returned to the GIO QLD Final and will contest Marsden State High School for a spot in the National Final at Redcliffe Dolphins on Wednesday. Keebra have picked apart their opposition in the GIO Finals series to date posting victories over Coombabah 38-6 (Round of 16), Wavell 68-0 (Quarter Final) and The Cathedral College 76-0 (Semi Final).

Please come down and show your support as it goes a long way to helping these boys get across the line. If you can’t make the GIO QLD Final it will be televised nationally on Fox Sports in several weeks time so stay posted for updates.
